He offers exclusive insight to how the culture of resiliency is the key in developing global human sustainability by merging the environmental and social justice movement as one as well as merging independent and public school culture.

Dr. Arauz is a noted presenter on immigration, youth and education, and provides cultural competency training for educators and organizations.  His 20 years of experience in the field of education provide the foundation for his creative approach to coaching, classroom teaching and administration.

Dr. Arauz has been featured in the documentary “Journeys of Conciliation” by San Francisco State & ChedzaMedia, a South African filmmaking company that focuses on contemporary civil rights activists and “1000 Voices Archive” by Creative Counsel that highlights advocacy heroes who are creating an equitable world.
